Brightlands Cottage Holiday Let Photo Gallery
As the name suggests, this apartment is very light and airy and has great amenities nearby. A very popular part of Bude for holidays, Maer Lane passes alongside the nature reserve where you’ll see rare bird species. The beach is just a few minutes walk away, and there’s a large communal lawn for games and picnics. The accommodation is thoughtfully furnished and has a lovely kitchen and bathroom, as well as a studio with space for leisurely pursuits: reading, TV, or simply kicking back and relaxing.
The large, cosy sofa converts into a sumptuous double bed, and there’s a built in wardrobe for storing your clothes. The kitchen and bathroom are equally elegant with glossy fixtures and attractive tiling. The front door leads out to a terraced seating area and a large lawn, perfect for basking in the sun, al fresco food or playing games and sports.
An ideal base for exploring Bude, Brightlands is most of all a perfect location for beaches, bars and town centre shops and restaurants. There are also many places to visit within easy driving distance, such as Hartland, Clovelly, Boscastle, and Tintagel. Padstow. Dartmoor, Bodmin moor and the Eden Project are all well within an hour’s drive. Enjoy a very pleasant stroll through country lanes and footpaths down to Northcott Mouth beach - sand, pebbles, rock pool, great surf and the most unusual tea room (in a caravan beside a stream!)

Situated in a popular holiday spot in Bude, close to beaches (Crooklets, above left) and shops, restaurants, golf course and bars. There are superb country walks, and nearby riding stables.
The studio is furnished attractively and well equipped, and has a lovely light feel with plenty of sunshine flooding in.
