Country View is a lovely, spacious house located on a quiet country lane on the edge of a small village. It has the most amazing country and distant sea views, and a secluded, private garden with a covered verandah decking. With an open fire for your use in the lounge, and a splendid tea room just along the road, this is the ideal place for relaxation. There is also a lovely, nearby walk along the Bude canal which takes you directly to Summerleaze beach and to the town centre. The rooms all have plenty of space, and the bedrooms all have impressive views. Main routes into West Cornwall are within easy reach, and it’s only a five minute drive to Widemouth Bay, with sand, dunes, rock pools and great surf!
Country View can be found at Bangors Green, on a quiet, country road, just a few minutes drive to several local beaches, Boscastle, Crackington Haven, Widemouth Bay & Bude. The house is last but one in the village, and is spacious and comfortable. The garden is private and has a sheltered verandah, offering panoramic country and distant sea views as far as Lundy Island.
The lounge has a large TV and DVD, and patio doors to the rear garden. It has a lovely Victorian open fireplace which can be used for cosy evenings in, with a glass of wine and a good movie!
The kitchen is well laid out with a large breakfast bar in front of the dining suite. It is equipped with a washing machine, fridge/freezer kettle and microwave.
The bedrooms are spacious and light, and also have views to the gardens and beyond. There are pine beds and built in wardrobes in the double rooms. The large bathroom has a white suite, white & blue tiling and an electric shower over the bath, a sink & WC.
Country View is ideally located for a quiet holiday, but also offers easy access to a wide range of beaches (Widemouth Bay, one of North Cornwall’s favourite sandy surf beaches, is but a minute or two’s drive, and you’ll never be far from some of Britain’s most beautiful, rugged coastline.
With very easy access to Boscastle, Tintagel, the Eden Project and more, Coastal View is ideal for exploring the county. The lounge has a lovely Victorian tiled/cast iron open fireplace for your use, and patio doors out onto the covered ‘verandah’ style decking. There is a large kitchen diner, equipped with an oven/ hob & extractor, washing machine and fridge/freezer. Just off the lounge is a quiet study area.
Three spacious bedrooms (one single and two doubles) with views over open countryside or to the sea. There is also a fully tiled bathroom with an electric shower over the bath.
Outside, there is a lawned front garden, bench & table, potted plants, and parking for two cars. To the rear is the sheltered verandah, a private garden, and spectacular country views and distant sea views.
