This welcoming five bedroomed holiday home is a short walk to local beaches, golf and shopping, and has masses of space for up to nine. It is particularly well equipped and has a host of lovely features, including a range oven, a logburner and a large conservatory. The spacious bedrooms consist of a double with ensuite, a further double, a twin and a single, with a ground floor double for easy access. There is a family bathroom with bath and shower, a splendid kitchen/breakfast room and separate dining room. The lounge is easily large enough for everyone, but there’s also a TV lounge on the first floor landing area should you want to spread out! A lovely, sunny garden and conservatory round it all off!

Garden Lodge is a modern home with lots of style! It’s location is just along the road from Bude Golf Club, and only a short walk to town and beaches. It has a lovely garden with a large patio, stone walled flower beds and a pond, with steps up to a lawned garden. There is private parking for up to three cars.
The entrance door opens onto a large hall, and stairway, with doors off to the kitchen, lounge and ground floor bedroom. An imposing ten seater dining room links to the kitchen (which has its own breakfast table), and a laundry room (also accessed from the kitchen) houses a washing machine and tumble dryer.
The conservatory is a lovely, quiet place overlooking the garden, ideal for relaxing or reading. The main lounge is very roomy with seating for 9, a modern TV, DVD and CD players, and a slate fireplace with a cast iron logburner. The house is also centrally heated.
The kitchen is very well equipped, having a large range cooker and extractor, a huge fridge/ freezer with an ice/drinks dispenser, microwave, toaster, double butler sink, and coffee machine.
Upstairs, there are four further bedrooms: the master ensuite, a second double, and two twin rooms, all of which are spacious and have plenty of storage. There’s a roomy bathroom with both a bath and a separate shower cubicle, and a full size ensuite bathroom.

Bude is one of Cornwall’s most popular destinations. A big draw is the five miles of sandy beach at low tide, and Summerleaze beach offers soft sand, dunes, rock pools, the Sea pool, lifeguards, amazing surf, beach huts and cafe, a tidal river, and so much more! Bude has a wealth of shops and leisure facilities, including tennis courts, tenpin bowling, and an indoor pool. Dining out is also effortless, with Thai, Chinese, Asian, Italian and Spanish restaurants alongside some of the freshest Cornish seafood around.
Garden Lodge is an excellent base for exploring Bude and North Cornwall, and has local sandy beaches, golf, shopping, leisure facilities and dining just a short walk away. The house offers easy access to the major routes into Cornwall, towards the Eden Project and a host of other well known attractions.

From the moment you arrive at Garden Lodge you’ll feel welcomed and ready to relax. The lounge is spacious and well furnished with a cast iron logburner, and the kitchen and conservatory both open out into a delightful garden, perfect for barbecues or pleasant evenings under the stars.
The kitchen is roomy and light, and equipped with a host of useful appliances, including a large fridge/freezer with ice and drinks machine, a dish-washer, and a washing machine and dryer in the separate utility.
A conservatory adds space off the lounge, and the garden is lovely!
The huge landing area has an easy sofa wrapped around a TV/DVD, and a Playstation - a perfect place to relax for the young (and not so young) in your party!
The bedrooms are all spacious and comfortable, and the master is a large, sunny room, which is elegantly furnished and has its own full bathroom. There’s also a family bathroom and, on the ground floor, an easily accessed bedroom and a separate WC off the laundry room.
