Situated at the top of Crackington Valley, Haven View is an elegantly styled holiday home with a host of luxury features. It is just over a mile from Crackington Haven, where you’ll find a welcoming family pub and restaurant, two cafes and a beach shop. The beach at Crackington is divine: a sandy/pebble cove surrounded by protective cliffs and with lots of rocks pools, a stream and great Atlantic surf. The house has an attractive garden with a barbecue patio and a large conservatory. Inside, Haven View is stylishly furnished and equipped with a good level of equipment, including a 42” LCD TV, DVD, satellite, CD, and a superb kitchen. There’s a local shop and post office, and some delightful walks nearby.

Haven View is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac in Upper Crackington, just over a mile from Crackington Haven. The beach at Crackington is a delight, with sandy stretches, pebbles and rock pools, towering cliffs to the north and beautiful coastal walks in both directions. There’s a shop/post office just a short walk away, and an easy country drive down to the beach, cafes, shop and a very welcoming pub/restaurant.
The house is particularly well equipped and tastefully furnished. The lounge has a large LCD Freeview TV inset above the ‘real flame’ fireplace, a DVD, CD player and games console. There’s a convenient ground floor WC, and a family bathroom upstairs. There are two spacious double bedrooms and a single, two of which overlook the garden, and countryside & distant sea views.
The kitchen is the ultimate in luxury with a range of top quality appliances built-in, solid wood worktops and plinth level blue LED lighting! It also has a large roof window providing ample light. There’s an adjoining utility with a washing machine and an additional fridge/freezer and upright freezer.
The best of this holiday home is yet to come, however. Adjoining the kitchen is the dining room with solid oak dining suite and corner cabinet. Beyond this is the bar, where you’ll serve drinks through to the conservatory. This is spacious and comfortably furnished, and perfect for cosy evenings in after a barbecue in the garden or a day out on the beach.
The local coast and countryside is outstandingly beautiful but if you decide to venture further, Bude’s coastline offers over five miles of sandy beaches at low tide and, in Bude itself, both Summerleaze and Crooklets beaches offer soft sand, dunes, rock pools, the Sea pool, surf, and much more! Bude shopping and leisure facilities are excellent, and dining out options equally varied. Widemouth Bay is nearer still, and renowned for it tremendous surf and rolling dunes.
Havne View is a perfect base for beaches and for exploring Cornwall. with easy access to the major routes towards Boscastle, Tintagel, the Eden Project and more.
