This quality holiday let is situated just a few minutes walk from Bude’s beaches and town centre in a quiet road with views towards the sea from just outside. It has been beautifully modernised with slate and wooden flooring and lovely decor and furnishings.
Once inside you’ll find it both characterful and contemporary, with a contemporary, luxurious bathroom to soak away your stress and a well equipped kitchen just perfect for the holiday chef! On the ground floor is a large lounge with two cosy leather sofas and a flatscreen TV for DVDs (a selection is provided), and patio doors leading out to the paved patio. There’s a separate dining room, open plan to the kitchen, which has a handy breakfast/food preparation bar, a range cooker with double oven, grill and griddle, microwave, contemporary kettle and toaster, fridge, freezer, washing machine and lots of quality accessories. The dining suite seats six. There are three bedrooms, the master a double and the second and third having twin beds, a single and a cot. The luxury bathroom has a stand alone roll top bath and a large corner shower, a heated towel rail and a frosted glass sink.
Outside is a private parking space for two vehicles, a pretty garden and a decked patio with garden furniture for al fresco dining - the garden faces south and west so makes the most of the sunshine.
Bude has lots to offer for family holidays with many leisure activities and superb beaches offering surf, sand and dunes, a sea pool, rock pools and lots more. Hartland and Clovelly are nearby, and Boscastle, Tintagel. Padstow, Dartmoor, Bodmin moor and the Eden Project all easily within an hour’s drive.
