Trelawney House is a spacious, detached Cornwall holiday home with space and character for up to 12 happy family members! It is just a short walk to local surf beaches and the town centre, with a plethora of shops and restaurants. The house has large rooms and plenty of accommodation, yet retains a sense of cosiness with its half panelled walls and logburner, and plenty of hideaway places to retreat to! It has large, mature gardens and lovely views across Bude valley and overlooking the town. There are three double bedrooms (one en-suite), and three twins (two in the attic space). A lovely getaway!

Trelawney House Holiday Let is the ideal venue for family holidays, or even for joint family holidays. Its North Cornwall location is perfect for access to the best of local beaches and Bude’s thriving town centre. It has a superb garden with countryside views, perfect for family fun and games, or for barbecues.
Trelawney offers easy, relaxed surroundings and loads of space for families, and it has many features and facilities that you’ll love! The front door opens onto a large entrance hall with tiled flooring, with doors off to the snug, a formal dining room, a breakfast room (which leads through to the kitchen), and a large lounge.
The snug is a particularly calming place, with half-panelled walls, two tall bookcases full of escapism, and a ‘Real Flame’ gas feature fireplace. The main lounge has lots of space, a stone feature fireplace, sofas and a piano! Both rooms open out into the long conservatory across the side and rear of the house. A verandah runs across the rear, providing a lovely place to sit and enjoy the views from this lovely Cornish holiday home!
The dining room comfortably seats 10, with an additional 2 seat table that can be added. It is a dual aspect room with views over the garden, and an open fireplace. There is also a more casual breakfast room off the kitchen, which has a logburner, oven and hob, dishwasher, fridge/freezer and a washing machine in the separate utility.
Upstairs, via the oak panelled stairwell, you’ll find masses of space! There are six bedrooms including two attic rooms, three of which are spacious doubles (one en-suite), and three twins. There’s a roomy bathroom and separate loo, and a further bathroom upstairs, serving the attic bedrooms.
If you are looking for a Cornwall holiday home, Trelawney makes for superb, spacious accommodation in a great location. It would be ideal for large family groups, with enough room for two or even three families sharing. Beaches and town are but a short walk away.

Only a short walk from Trelawney House holiday home will take you to Summerleaze beach, where there is a sea water pool and soft, sandy dunes. Upton, Widemouth Bay and Black Rock beaches are within walking distance to the south, and Northcott and Sandymouth to the north. With over five miles of sandy shores at low tide between them, renting this Cornwall holiday home will leave you spoilt for choice!
Dining out is also effortless, with Thai, Chinese, Asian, and Spanish restaurants alongside some of the freshest Cornish seafood around. Trelawney House is just a few minutes stroll to all of these, and everything from tea rooms to top class fine dining.
