What a superb, contemporary apartment in the most perfect location overlooking the bay around Bude and Widemouth. The open plan living space is lovely and light and with a very well equipped kitchen, a roomy dining area and comfy sofas and TV/DVD in the lounge. Enjoy!

The accommodation is simple and modern with two double bedrooms, one with a large en suite bathroom and the other an en suite shower room. There is a roomy open plan living space with a very well equipped modern kitchen, dining area and lounge. The kitchen has an oven, hob and extractor, a microwave, washing machine, toaster and kettle, and lots of space! There is a dining suite for six and two deep, comfy sofas in the lounge area, which also has a large flat screen TV and DVD player, and those amazing sea views from the Juliet balcony.
Bedrooms are both en suite - perfect for two couples sharing but also ideal for smaller families. There is an entrance hall to the rear with lots of space for outdoor gear and a staircase access, and a lift serves the apartment from the front entrance foyer to save your legs after a day out exploring the area or walking the coast path!
The location is perfect for beach holidays, with those views giving hints of the closeness of local beaches. The nearest is the very quiet Upton beach, reached by way of a steep pathway and often completely secluded. Within walking distance, or a very short drive, in both directions are the popular Widemouth, Black Rock and Summerleaze beaches, and the town centre of Bude. Sandy beaches, shopping, restaurants, regenerated canal wharf and nature reserve, and lots to see and do at all times of the day. There is plentiful private parking to the rear, and excellent restaurants within a short walk. The beach shop at Widemouth is worth a visit to buy some of the freshest fish and seafood there is for the barbecue.
There are so many places to see within easy reach, such as Hartland, Clovelly, Boscastle, and Tintagel. Padstow. Dartmoor, Bodmin moor and the Eden Project all easily within an hour’s drive.
